Today on Thursday, November 16, a seminar conducted by Journalism and Mass Communication Department, Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan (AWKUM).
Several guests were attended the seminar including Chairman of Sociology Department AWKUM, Pro Vice Chancellor AWKUM and Principal of Pakhtunkhwa College of Arts. Senior Journalist and Anchor at Geo TV Mr. Talat Hussain was the Chief Guest and Guest Speaker. He gave a detail and informative lecture on Trauma and Motivation. Numerous issues and problems were dig outed by the Senior Journalist.

Though Social Media is playing a role to disseminate information and our majority of people mainly use social media for news and information but it has the immense effect on those people, their views and thinking are entirely badly manipulated, said Talat Hussain.

He further added, every field has its own limited and specific specialization but journalism is a very wide and vast field, a journalist must try to have at least basic knowledge about all the existing subjects in the globe.

After all these, at the end, he visited Journalism Department Media Lab and under construction TV and Radio studio, he appreciated the efforts regarding the Department.

An epigraph is, "you can't identify one's of his appearance" now its proved to me a week ago. When i was shooting a program with my one of friend, colleague and my nearest and dearest junior Arshad Khan.
We needed a female student which was a requirement for our program (the program will soon publish on our page). After much waiting, few students were coming toward us, one of them a guy was looking boy by his appearance and we planned to meet that boy and convince one of female in the group through him, Arshad Khan rushed to went forward and give hand to him (the boy in that group) the boy immediately replied to Arshad Khan "i am girl" initially, we instantly shocked and then laugh with yelling at that time our feelings weren't controllable enough. The moment was marvellous and astonishing for us.
"My name is Gul Pari. I am a sports teacher in Health and Physical Education Department, at AWKUM. Sports is my passion, as my profession is needed a male personality so i made myself suitable for it and i am feeling comfortable in this profession" said girl looking boy.

Fortunately and Unfortunately

Pakistan became an independent state on the name of Islam. It's the grand favour of Almighty God, no doubt. The purpose of it independence was, there will be an Islamic system. Allah will be considered as Omnipotent and sovereign of the state. Where everyone would be allowed to worship Allah free from any obligations from the state and government. The constitution would also be based on Quranic injunctions.

Fortunately, these all were did and also written in constitution but unfortunately failed to follow and the result was Pakistan's aborigines faced hurdles in the way where they needed justice, prosperity and peace, and yet this situation going on.

Islam is not fully in favor of Democracy which most of the people have their misconception. Democracy is the form of government which is based on majority, freedom of thoughts and open criticism while, Islam is multiple religion, multiple mean, Islam is the complete code of life and it has various other characteristics also, it describe the perfect economic and social system. All type of systems exist in the world, their concept and idea has taken from Islam directly and indirectly.

Pakistan have a multi party system. Their ideologies comprise on several beliefs and principles on the basis of these difference of opinions they criticize one another, give arguments and do cross talk with their political rivals in order to gain attention and support of people.

Freedom of thoughts and opinion are the cornerstone for living democracy and for any kind of system as well but, it doesn't mean to assassin a person character and an individual personality. Criticism word has been misinterpreted, its authentic mean is to describe merits and demerits advantages and disadvantages both. The criticism should only for seeking factuality, reality and for public interest and always do respect of other's ideology.

Humanity

Literally  the word humanity is come from the Latin "Humanitas"  which means "human nature and kindness.” Metaphorically humanity is the quality of compassion consideration and consciousness for others (people or animals). According to science the first community of this world was less aware about kindness, gentleness and humbleness of each others. They had neither life style nor strategy for life.
The history of that civilization consist of wars, skirmishes, grappling and squabbling with one another on less valuable issues or problems. They become more burnt and more barbarous with the passage of time, when their condition got to acme they parted away from one another in to different entities, then specifically the Almighty God send his messengers to them, they started preaching and spread the message of Allah after that the humanity integrated in human civilizations. The purpose of this all explanation is that humanity is closely joint with an authentic religion of Almighty God rather than those which created by humans themselves.
Every religion specially focuses on humanity, there is no religion which encourages humiliation, bagarre and defamation of humans. Humanity is the most essential for the follower of any religion. When Islam came 1438 years back Islam strictly emphasized on humanity, according to Dr. Zakir Naik (1965-present, president of Islamic research foundation) he says "Humanity is compulsory but not enough, for complete humane you should worship Allah and follow his Rasool (SAW)".
It is my message to all those people who want and consider himself first human then muslim. According to islam you ought to consider himself first muslim then human because Islam teaches the best humanity. Muhammad (SAW) says "The best in islam are those from whose tongue and hand people are safe"
(Musnad Ahmad 6714).

It is mention in the Quran that "Respect and honour all human beings irrespective of their religion, color, race, sex, language, status, property, birth, profession/job and so on"
(Al Quran 17/70)

Life

Life is a running track whose player is every human. On this ambiguous track two unique things are running behind and ahead of that human, one is the clock, in which the time tries to elude  and runs ahead from human and wishes to lose the mankind, while the other thing is death which always runs behind his prey and enjoy to capture the goal. Now, it depends on the person’s ability to run with the seconds of the clock and enjoy the ambiguity of life wholeheartedly and happily solve every form of life. So, to achieve the goal of life and live with success and die with dignity, while on contrary, if he sleeps with great dreams and sit calmly waiting for an opportunity, then the clock will ring the bell and the death will get the goal and catch his soul as a reward, thus his life will go on an everlasting sleep and his dreams will remain as dreams.

No doubt life is full of obstacles and hurdles some are manmade and some are natural. I think natural are corrigible because God gave a kind of power to human to solve their problems and at some stage God also help in them.
Manmade are comprise on human struggle, strive and endeavour God also help in them in a way he provides you hints which you should search and find your problem's solution.

Eight or Nine month ago i wanted to create a page on Facebook, which will consist of public issues. One of my friend was helping me, we accomplished our all preparations but at the end we stuck at a point where we confused regarding the page name, at least it took more than a month but we couldn't set and agreed on a name. Finally after exact one month i remember and glanced at my Niece Zalaa. This name clicked in my mind and the problem has been solved.

Propaganda and Conspiracy

Conspiracy and propaganda are two different campaigns, both are hazardous by their metaphorical meaning.
Propaganda is more different than conspiracy due to its sub types.
The only state in propaganda is positivity which persuade tranquility, compact, solidarity and factuality, while conspiracy maintain and regulate hostility, skirmishes, disturbance and strife in a society and country as well.

Defectors harm ideology

Ideology and manifesto are cornerstones and panacea for any political party, without these you can't consider and recognize any political party. If you want to join any party you ought to follow and have immense belief over their ideology.
Unfortunately, here in Pakistan the majority of people are sycophant and belief on personality politics.
Democracy in Pakistan has been demised, now it's just fictional.
Why the defectors grown day by day?
They manipulated Pakistan's system.
No one discourages and condemn. It's very deplorable.
Instead of realizing those people active, shrewd and wit why not lament them?

Knowledge is power. This power show you the right path of your life, identify you good and bad, provide you the skill to think and able you to take advantage from your surrounding implicit resources. Knowledge changes the mind of peoples and bring revolution in their life. Those who respect and consider it a precious, they become successful and also illuminated their life.

The people living in a state under legal and public recognised government have their right and responsibility of government to provide proper, quality, easy and common education system where everyone should feel free and could easily access to the quality education, where education should available at their doorstep and where education is common for rich and poor people both in a country.

The developed countries are well aware of knowledge value and education benefits that is why they are dominant and ruling on the entire world. They provided all the resources which is used and highly needed in different stages of education. Their annual budget is decorated with extra allowances to education without its legal and official status.
According to Nelson Mandela "education is your most destructive and powerful weapon, so use it"

We couldn't deny the fact that Pakistan have a very less ratio of illiteracy, unemployment and a high ratio of poverty this dragged Pakistan into the list of developing countries while we have more resources, talent and ability than others.

B.A, B.Sc, MA and M.Sc degree is being closed in Pakistan for the next. If it is fine so on the other hand this stance would decrease the ratio of illiteracy more and will leave prompt rashes on our educational system. The new degree "BS"required more money, time and effort than those degrees, which is really very difficult for poor people.
